Refund policy

All sales are final, with the exception of Flat Clothing items.

Everything we sell is handmade by local artisans and vendors. Our vendors are paid out when their items sell, so we're not able to offer returns most of the time.

That said, there may be the odd time we can help — exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us at handmadesask@gmail.com and we'll do our best.

Flat Clothing is one of the brands we carry, and we offer returns and refunds on their clothing.
