In a pot, whisk contents of package with 3 cups water and 2 cups milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer on medium low for 15 minutes until vegetables are soft. Stir frequently. Serves 5. Also try: Use cooked soup as a cream sauce for fettuccini or other noodles.
