
DIP and BRUSCHETTA MIXES
Our dry, premeasured dip and bruschetta packages are ready to mix with only a few simple ingredients. Enjoy the dips with chips, vegetables, spread in sandwiches, on baked potatoes, anywhere your imagination leads you. The Prepared bruschetta is fantastic with crackers, sliced baguette bread, as a hamburger topping, and more. All our dip and bruschetta mixes are gluten friendly, as they are made without wheat flour, but are made in a facility that does contain wheat flour and other allergens.

To prepare the dips:
Mix contents of package with 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not whipped dressing/Miracle Whip). Let chill one hour. *Caesar dip also uses 1 Tablespoon of powdered parmasean cheese.
Low fat version: Use 1 cup fat-free sour cream and 1/4 cup regular mayonnaise. This reduces entire prepared batch by 58g of fat.
To prepare the bruschetta:
Mix contents of package with 2 cups of diced fresh tomatoes (drain liquid) and 2 tsp. olive oil. Let chill one hour.
BACON & ONION:
The large chunks of onion and lightly smoky bacon flavor combine to make this dip one of our top sellers! Great with chips or veggies. Also try prepared dip on baked potatoes and perogies. *Note: this dip DOES contain trace m.s.g.*
Ingredients: Onions, soy flour, hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, natural and artificial flavor, hydrolyzed soy and corn protein, lactic acid, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, dextrose, color, vitamins (niacinamide, thiamine mononitrate, calcium pantothenate, vitamin B6, riboflavin, vitamin B-12), zinc oxide, iron.
BRUSCHETTA:
Take an appetizing trip to the Mediterranean with this mix of Italian spices, fresh tomatoes and olive oil.
Ingredients: Onions, oregano, basil, salt, garlic, citric acid, black pepper.
BUFFALO RANCH:
With just a touch of heat, tons of flavour, and great versatility, this dip has it all! As well as enjoying it with chips and vegetables, we love it with chicken strips, wings, and boneless ribs, as a dipping sauce for pizza, in sandwiches and wraps, and so much more. If you're looking to add a little more zip to your meals and snacks, this is a perfect choice.
Ingredients: Dried vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage, green peppers, leeks, red peppers), salt, parsley, onion, garlic, sulphites, cayenne pepper, citric acid.
CAESAR:
We take our garlic seriously in this rich and creamy taste sensation. Like all our dips, this is great simply with chips and vegetables or you can also spread prepared dip into sandwiches for a fantastic garlic addition, mix it into your salad, or even spread onto lightly toast bread for a quick garlic toast.
Ingredients: Garlic powder, salt, lemon pepper (salt, spices, citric acid, sugar, onion, vegetable oil, garlic, lemon peel, colour flavour), sugar.
CAJUN:
For those who like some spice in their life, this is our hottest dip. On tasting it you are first greeted with a full range of flavors, but give it a few seconds and the heat makes its bold appearance. Try spreading a small amount of prepared dip into sandwiches to add extra spice, or making it into a cheese ball and heating it to eat with tortilla chips. Like all our dips it is also great simply as a dip for chips and vegetables.
Ingredients: Cayenne powder, onion, salt, garlic.
CURRY:
This is a mild yellow madras curry without the overpowering heat. It's slightly sweet undertone also makes it a great choice as a dip on the side for your chicken, or in sandwiches to add extra flavor. Like all our dips it is also great simply with chips or veggies.
Ingredients: Coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, mustard, cumin, garlic, onions, salt.
DILL:
The vibrant flavor of dill is nicely complimented in this creamy dip with a hint of onion. Its full taste and aroma is delightfully reminiscent of a warm summer day, making this garden fresh flavor one of our top sellers. Great with chips and veggies. Make a nice honey dill dip for chicken fingers by mixing in some liquid honey to taste. We also enjoy piling the prepared dip onto baked potatoes and perogies.
Ingredients: Dill, onion, salt.
FRENCH ONION:
This is a great old favorite with a nice beefy flavor and lots of large chunks of onion. Great with chips or veggies. Also try sprinkling the contents over a beef roast and veggies and cook in a slow cooker.
Ingredients: Onions, sugars (glucose solids), salt, onion powder, caramel colour (sulphites), beef broth, beef fat, natural flavor (milk), disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate.
GARDEN VEGETABLE:
The variety of chunky garden vegetables intermingle with just a hint of onion, creating a simple and wholesome feel to this dip that continues to tempt a person back for more. Make it into a spinach dip in a bread bowl perfect for entertaining or potlucks (see recipe in "cheeseballs & more" page). Like all our dips it is also great simply with chips or vegetables.

HERB & GARLIC:
The savory blend of herbs and spices, along with a nice pop of garlic, make this a popular choice. Along with chips and veggies, it also makes a great replacement for tartar sauce with fish.
Ingredients: Parsley, chives, thyme, garlic, salt, onion.
MEXICAN FIESTA:
Enjoy a Tex-Mex inspired trip south that will get you craving tortilla chips at first bite. The delicious blend of locally grown hot peppers provides a flavourful heat that will turn any meal into a fiesta. The seasoning is also great sprinkled directly (to taste) into cooked ground beef for a beef taco filling.
Ingredients: Chili pepper, cumin, hot peppers, coriander, salt, oregano, paprika, onion, garlic, cloves.
MOCK GUACAMOLE:
This Mexican inspired snack contains no avocado yet tastes extremely similar to traditional guacamole with added benefits: it won't turn brown in the fridge, you have the option for making it low fat, and if making it on short notice there is no concern for trying to find already ripened avocados. This goes perfect with tortilla chips and tacos or try mixing prepared dip with flaked tuna for sandwiches for a fantastic new sandwich flavor. As with all our dips, it's also great with chips or vegetables.

RANCH:
This is the perfect safe standby to please almost any palate. It's a unique flavor blend of onion, garlic, and vegetables created by Angela Appleton, and is a refreshing change to the kind usually found in stores. Great with chips, veggies, or a dip for pizza. Try whipping prepared dip into mashed potatoes for a tasty change. And for the heat lovers/haters combo, mix some Frank's Red Hot sauce into their portion and still enjoy yours as is!
