Let's take a tour around the portal so you can see where to find everything! I will be using my own Vendor account as an example for you all.

Commissions Tab

When you log into your account, this is the first page you will see.

The first page you're taken to is your commissions page. This is where you will see the sales you have made so far, which location made the sale and how much you earned.

You will notice the left most column is an order number, if you ever have a question about a particular sale, you can reference this number for staff to be able to locate exactly which sale you're talking about.

At the top of the page there are 3 colored boxes, orange, green and grey.

Orange shows how much you've earned since your last payout.
Green shows how much you have been paid out so far since the start of the year.
Grey shows how much in total since the start of the year you have earned.
Adding the green and orange together should always equal the number you see in the grey.

Additionally, at times you may notice a custom line added here for your sales. This can be that a staff member rang through one of your items as a custom sale since the barcode wouldn't scan, or they couldn't find your item in the system. Or the custom line may be a deduction made due to fees associated with transporting/mailing goods between stores for you. In the case of fees, you will always be informed of the cost of mailing or transporting the goods beforehand.

Products Tab

This is your current list of products. You can see stock counts there, although currently it only gives total stock counts and does not separate by location. We have been talking with them about getting that implemented.

You can also see here a total number of the items sold under the commissions' column, letting you know what items are your most popular products.

You will notice if you have variants that in the price column you'll see a NaN. Let's look at my Matte Galaxy Incense Burners.

Pressing "view" will take you to the listing as it appears on the website. To get the variant information, you will want to click on that row over by the Name or SKU number.
Once you have done that, you will see the following page.

Now you can see the variant names, SKU numbers, stock counts, and amount sold so far for each variant.

Payouts Tab

Now let's head over to the payouts tab.

In here you will see the payouts that have been issued so far, when they were issued and if there are any notes attached to the payout.
